We are looking for an experienced professional to fill one of the key roles in the AGCO-RM Sales team. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the dealers’ sales performance in an assigned area to maximize volume and share of certain AGCO brands in the market


  • Manage all the brands’ sales and sales-related activities in the assigned territory;
  • Analyze, forecast and plan sales in the area of responsibility; negotiate sales targets with the dealers;
  • Continuously monitor sales performance vs budget; submit forecasts and suggest corrective actions on a regular basis;
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the assigned regions;
  • Initiate, plan and implement dealer enhancement activities in cooperation with the Distribution Development team;
  • Initiate, plan and supervise dealers’ marketing activities in cooperation with the Marketing team;
  • Manage shows and events held in the area of responsibility;
  • Manage the AGCO-RM inventory and demo units if stored at the assigned dealerships;
  • Handle direct sale deals with the key accounts located in the assigned regions;
  • Monitor each dealer’s overall performance and act as a business consultant to them; support Distribution Development team in annual assessments of dealer performance, negotiate/monitor improvement action plans;
  • Support internal stakeholders in all other dealer related projects and initiatives;
  • Be key point of contact for dealers in all their interactions with AGCO-RM, and for internal stakeholders in all their interactions with the assigned dealers;
  • Monitor sales and marketing activities of the competition in the assigned area;
  • Represent AGCO-RM in all interactions with the end customers to support Dealers and address customer queries should they arise.


  • Relevant experience in sales and dealer network management (AGRICULTURE);
  • Expert knowledge of the industry: tractors and/or agricultural machinery. Knowledge of the agriculture will be a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and pro-active approach – vital;
  • Good understanding of the finance;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills;
  • Efficient time management. Self-motivation. Drive for result;
  • Good command of English;
  • Readiness to travel (up to 50% of the time).
